Add up the wattage of the appliances you want to run and decide how many hours of backup you need. Our backup calculator does this for you and recommends a battery.

Both use tubular plates for long life. Tall tubular batteries are taller and hold more electrolyte; jumbo tubular batteries are wider and lower. Choose based on your space and backup needs.

Physical damage, tampering, using acid or tap water, overcharging from a faulty inverter, or a missing invoice or serial number.

Keep it in a ventilated place away from direct sunlight, check the water level every 2–3 months and top up only with distilled water, and keep the terminals clean and tight.

Common reasons are a higher load than before, a low water level, loose terminals, or an inverter that is not charging fully. Raise a service request and our team will help.
